I’m a big fan of perfumes by Chloe. They are divine long lasting pretty little things that I love to keep in my handbag. So it comes to no surprise, that Chloe by Chloe (oh la la, click on the link to read full review) is my all time favourite perfume and I can’t even imagine anything that would top it. It’s longevity cannot be beaten. So when I came across See by Chloe, I didn’t have to think twice and I just bought it.

Why do I love See by Chloe, Eau De Parfum Spray?
See by Chloe was released in 2012, so it’s been out there for a while. Special thanks go to perfumer Michel Almairac, famous for its simple yet orchestrated perfume creations. The smell is refreshing, sweet and uplifting and to me it represents transition between girly, playful perfumes and steps right into feminine perfumes. For a comparison, Chloe by Chloe is strong luscious scent while See by Chloe is a bit more sweet, flowery scent.
Perfumes by Chloe are famous for there longevity. This one certainly lasts long, nevertheless it’s not as long as Chloe by Chloe (although still better than some)! It became my go to scent on summery nights out, I know it’s weird but I just don’t wear it in winter. I can get very romantic time to time and this perfume reminds me of the smell you get when walking through a blossoming garden. I get very dreamy just thinking about it.
Talking about dreams…I immediately fell in love with the bottle representing a vintage bird cage, which is so dreamy and so romantic, don’t you think?
Price for a 50ml bottle is in between £30-£50. I would say well invested money if the perfume works for you but look out for the offers!
Conclusion: A perfume should be worn on the skin because of it’s unique chemistry that blends with our bodies and this turns a scent into one that is our own. Why do I stress this point? See by Chloe is a very charismatic smell that doesn’t suit everyone. You can read reviews raving about this perfume and you can read the ones that are just not too fussed. So, do try it on your skin, not a piece of paper or your clothes, that just won’t cut it. Personally, I do like it.
What about you ladies, have you tried See by Chloe yet? Do you love it?
