As I’ve mentioned in my previous posts, I love to explore while I’m on my holiday. All the foreign cities lure me in to discover their secrets, hidden corners and pretty streets. They are overflowing with so much history the walls could write a book…. if they could speak 🙂
One of the towns that I love to go back to is Omis. This historical town, surrounded by tall magnificent mountains, has plenty to offer with its historical streets and houses made of stone. It has a river flowing right through the middle of it and a ruin of a castle towering majestically above it all. No wonder it’s a place film makers choose to shoot in. I’m going to write a separate post about this lovely coastal town very soon, so keep your eyes peeled!
For this funky old town I’ve decided to wear my new Miss Selfridge playsuit. I’ve picked white for two reasons. Firstly it was my honeymoon (wedding = white, get it?) and the second one, it contrasts great with my tan.
Do you know the feeling when you try something and you immediately fall in love with it? I instantly loved this white playsuit from Miss Selfridge. The material is strong and thick so I didn’t have to worry about showing off my underwear while it was still nice and breezy… also I didn’t have to worry about sweating my a*s off while walking around in the heat.
I went all funky while styling this holiday outfit. I’ve paired it with my latest clutch addition,by Beth J. and I also
borrowed my husband’s beach hat. It went great with the outfit so who
can blame me? The necklace is also new, bought for this summer at
Dorothy Perkins. It has a matching bracelet, but that keeps falling off
:/ This necklace is perfect for a summer holiday and would compliment
most holiday outfits. I’ve been instagramming the hell about it here! You can never go wrong with a white and blue combination.
Playsuit: Miss Selfridge // Necklace: Dorothy Perkins // Shoes: Reiker // Clutch: Beth J.
Even though the playsuit is quite simple, I would say I managed to styled it pretty well. It was definitely a stand out on that night and I got plenty of headturns.
