Hallelujah for long sleeved dresses!
In today’s outfit post, I’ll be taking my style to the next level with this Zara long sleeved dress. I have fallen in love with its abstract print and retro inspired design. To be completely honest, I haven’t stopped wearing it ever since I got it. Especially now that the weather is cool enough. This frock can be styled for the office, a lunch date with the girls in a city or accessorised for an evening out on the town.
The only shame about this style is, there is not more of them out there! I’m absolutely smitten by every single detail of this dress. Whether that is the the style of sleeves, or the detailing at the back, revealing skin on my back (easily disguise-able by wearing a lace top underneath). There is nothing like a classic long sleeved dress and classic blazer to start the workweek off on the right foot. The orange perfectly matches the mood of the whole outfit and makes my look completely effortless. Accessorise wise, I’m showcasing my favourite red necklace from France. I always feel so grown up and sophisticated. I have paired this dress with my favourite pony hair high heels boots that give me that needed little extra height!
I have recently travelled to Scarborough to spent the weekend with my husband, away from our day-today stresses. We stayed in a gorgeous little hotel and I wore this stylish long-sleeved dress for our dinner. It felt so good to disappear together, even two days made a magical difference and I’m already planning our next get-away.
