Aahh LUSH….what does “lush” represent to us? The utmost feeling of relaxation? The treasuruos moments we can steal for ourselves, to indulge in the prime time of pampering?
“Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury.”
To me, I hear the tap opening, I can hear the bath slowly filling with hot water and I know I can finally relax…
…I know that delicious moment of sinking my tired body into the bath is now here, I can feel my muscles relaxing, one by one, inch by inch, until there is only my head resting above the steaming hot water, coloured by one of my favourite Lush bath bombs. I breathe in the air filled with essential oils and I can clearly feel the tormenting stress leaving my body…
Yes, you’ve guessed it right, I’m a “LUSH” fan. I like my down time where I can just comfortably relax, get lost in my mind and enjoy those 20-30 minutes of ME TIME. So lucky me, I guess, for being invited to the Lush Beauty event in Leeds, where I got to meet and chat to the finest selection of Leeds beauty bloggers as well as to find out more about the Lush brand, their new collections and products and also to learn more about their Tales of Bath Spa Treatment.
Tales of Bath Spa Treatment is a 75 minutes long treatment consisting of seated shoulder massage, skin-soothing mineral bath and a rejuvenating full-body massage.
Does that sound like a dream to you? Well it did sound like one to me.
There are only 8 selected Lush stores in the UK that now also play home to the Lush Spa. I feel very lucky that Leeds is one of them. I’ve already asked my husband to consider this as my birthday treatment and then I’ll blog about it!). I was fascinated by the tour Lush has offered.
Isn’t it beautiful? This is the room where you take your bath, part of the Tales of Bath Spa Treatment.
During our visit we were also able to try and make our own lush bath bomb. Mine kind of had a swirl…but you also had to use your imagination to see it 😉
|Look at Phoebe from North Of London, she was really good!|
Lush cosmetics looks like some kind of modern wizardry, don’t you think? I’m fascinated by the image below.
I’m the proud owner of three types of Lush face masks: Oatfix that moisturises and exfoliates, Brazened Honey with lemons, honey and ginger for a deep clean and also Cosmetic Warrior with garlic to fight spots!
Lush is one of those few brands that doesn’t test on animals, so it’s right up my street. What is your favourite LUSH product that you just can’t resist buying?
