A sleeveless jacket, pale blue jeans, straw hat and my sunnies on. Nothing can take away my weekend chillaxing. Yes my dearests, I can assure you this is my latest urban chic style that has stolen my heart. I’ve recently come across this New Look sleeveless jacket, debated for a long time whether I can splurge the money on it or not and then returned to the shop a week later praying they still have it in. Surprise, surprise, it was still there, waiting for me!
In today’s outfit post, I’m showcasing my inner chic with this all over stripe print sleeveless jacket. I adore its long-line design and casual fit. But don’t be fooled! I urge you to get creative with how you style your sleeveless jackets. This fashion trend is perfect for any season however very “bang on trend” this spring & summer time of the year.
When shopping for my perfect sleeveless jacket, I went for a style that will go great with my everyday office look but also will be perfect for a casual weekend look. Pencil skirts, flared trousers or skinny jeans, sleeveless jackets go with just about anything.
My absolute favourite look is mixing it with skinny jeans and high pointy heels. It just ads a bit of sassiness and sophistication. Oh and yeah, I’m quite small so an added height is always welcomed.
Oh ladies, there is one more staple piece that I would like to draw your attention towards! Please notice the grey leather clutch I’m holding. This little gem comes from Fibre and Hide, a Yorkshire based designer who designs and woven her own fabrics and then creates these beautifully crafted leather bags and clutches. The quality is unbelievable, you just simply cannot find a fault in this product and I’m so so incredibly happy I got to own my own Hide and Fibre clutch.

I opted this look for a Saturday brunch with my man and I felt extraordinary. This look is perfect for when you want to feel casual yet elegant. We’ve also had a few errands in town and I can tell, I felt great, not underdressed or overdressed either.
For some, the added straw hat might be a bit too much but every now and then I like to spice my outfits up. What do you think, does it go?
