Do you remember when I attended the opening of the RMUK Hair & Beauty Day Spa in Leeds? I was so thrilled that I immediately booked an appointment and been going ever since. If you’ve read my previous post, you will understand why I felt in love with this place. Hence I would like to take this opportunity to share my views of the RMUK Hair & Beauty Day Spa.
Why? It’s really simple, you get to feel like a Hollywood star and
the overall experience is truly phenomenal.
Do you know that pang of jealousy that occurs when you’re
reading in magazines about celebrities having their hair done in those
posh beauty salons that have their own relaxing space or a bar?
…That kind of place where you can have your hair done as
well as your nails at the same time?
…Where the surroundings are so gorgeous you
would be proud to call it your own home and you just long to get a chance to experience it yourself?
…Yes, that is what’s it like when you visit RMUK Hair & Beauty Day Spa in Leeds.
At least that’s how I felt…and everyone else I got to talk to. Oh, and you’ll be offered a complimentary hand massage using one of their amazing essential oils.
…or you can also have a neck and
shoulders massage while you wait for the colour to develop.
…or even better, why
don’t you pop to their bar for a coffee, tea or even go all the way and have
a glass of bubbly!
…and you can even sip it on the terrace with a gorgeous view.
It’s inevitable that you get yourself drawn to a place like this, isn’t it.
So why don’t you sit back and read my review of not only my first but also a second and a third visit to this luscious Hair & Beauty Day Spa in Leeds.
The First Visit:
I longed for a chance for a very very long time, though I just wasn’t sure
what I wanted. I guess that’s us women, isn’t it. I was growing my hair for my
wedding but that is now over and I went back to my signature bob.
However I just wasn’t happy, clearly cutting it off didn’t cut it for me.
the event I got to talk to Michelle and Massi, the owners of the RMUK,
who immediately assessed my hair and together we’ve come up with a new
colour scheme. Then I talked to Michelle and described what I wanted to do in terms of the length. She then suggested a few tweaks and I’m so glad I listened to her. She’s very precise and my bob got new dimension and volume.

The Second Visit:
As it happens, few months later and I decided I no longer wanted to be dark. I missed my
blond hair however I wasn’t ready to give the dark hues complete goodbye yet. So me and
Massi sat down again and thought of a new battle plan. Personal service as well as good results are a must for me. What do you think of the final look?

The Third Visit:
Third time is the charm! At least that’s what they say. I’m back to blond, shorter than ever and I’m quite enjoying it. I know for fact that I might change my hair colour again at some point in my life, and then I’ll immediately regret it. You think you learn from your mistakes but then you want to experiment as well.
Yet again, I was very happy with the visit and services I was provided. Even though I went light again and Massi had to use more bleach, my hair wasn’t damaged. This is because of some additional products mixed with the hair colour, that I just can’t remember, but the result was smooth and healthy hair.

I sometimes feels that finding a good hairdresser can every now and then be on the border of having superpowers. What does your hairdresser do that makes you come back? What services would you like them to be providing and are currently missing at yours?
